With the document "Key Receipt", your employee confirms receipt of the key(s). This also regulates the consequences of losing the key(s).

The key receipt list is to be processed as follows:
Check the first box if you are responsible for any costs incurred as a result of the loss of or damage to these keys. In case of proven gross negligence, the employee has to bear a smaller part of the costs (Art. 321e OR).
If you have taken out household insurance via quitt, tick the second box. This means that the costs arising from the loss of or damage to these keys will be covered by the household insurance.
