By signing the "Key Receipt" document, the employee confirms receipt of the key(s). The document also outlines the consequences in case of loss or damage to the keys.

The key receipt list is to be processed as follows:
Check the first box:
If all costs resulting from the employee’s negligence – such as key loss or damage – are to be borne by the employee (according to Art. 321e CO), please check this box.
Check the second box:
If you have taken out a household insurance through quitt, please tick this box.
In this case, the insurance will cover the costs for lost or damaged keys.
