Quitt exchanges all data of employees subject to BVG with the pension fund once a month, i.e. quitt then reports all entries, exits and changes in the insured salary to the pension fund as of the reporting date at the end of the previous month. In the case of entries or withdrawals, the pension fund then sends the entry or withdrawal documents to the employees. Due to the administrative processes between quitt and the pension fund, it can take several weeks before the documents are sent.
