Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer the customer account to another person, as the name in our system must be identical to that of the settlement account at the compensation office. It is also not possible to transfer the settlement account at the compensation office.
We therefore ask you to create a new customer account for the person involved and to record the employment relationship there. When you have created the new account, you are welcome to let us know - we can then also transfer the credit from the other account if desired.
