The following information is required:
-A copy of the current residence permit. Click here for instructions.
-Answering the questions below in your myquitt account. If you do not know the answers to the questions, you also have the option to forward the survey to your employees.
The upper questions, can be found in your myquitt account under "Employees".
If the required information is missing, a red dot will be displayed next to the employee in question.
