Before employees can record their own hours worked and expenses, you as the employer must activate this option in the settings when creating the contract or later on.
To activate/deactivate this function, go to the menu in the customer area:
Contracts > Contracts settings > Employee enters hours
After you have activated the hours recording in the customer area, your domestic help can record the working hours and expenses with any smartphone camera (or a QR code app if required) and the QR code. You will find the code right next to the contract provision as a PDF document with the title: "QR code to enter hours".
After scanning the code, your employee can directly enter hours worked and expenses - without logging in.
After successfully entering the working hours and expenses, you as the employer will receive an e-mail/SMS for information. You can have the hours and expenses entered by the domestic help approved manually or automatically (see image). You can also set the maximum number of hours and the maximum amount of expenses.
The QR code is contract-specific. To use the function with several contracts, you also need several OR codes.
Tip: Hang up the printed A4 page with the QR code in a clearly visible place in the cleaning cupboard for your domestic help.
