You can find the information about your existing subscription in your customer area under "Settings" / "Subscription".
In this area you can also perform the following actions:
- You can cancel your subscription if no wages have been posted yet.
- You can adjust the selection of insurances.
- You can select a different tariff.
Please save all changes you have made!
Terminated subscriptions are not automatically renewed.
If wages have already been posted, then you can cancel the subscription for the following year, follow the instructions below:
Even after terminating your subscription, you will still have access to your quitt account and all corresponding documents.
As soon as all invoices have been settled as part of the end-of-year declaration, your employment relationship will be deregistered with the authorities as of the end of the corresponding calendar year. Likewise, quitt withdraws the granted power of attorney and balances your customer account.
