In the case of employment relationships with a gross salary of more than CHF 1,837.50 per month or CHF 22,050 per year, the employer is obliged to register its employees for occupational benefits (BVG/2nd pillar) with a pension fund.
Quitt works together with Valitas Compacta for the connection of your domestic helpers to the occupational pension scheme. Your employees are registered with this pension fund by quitt and thus save a credit balance in the 2nd pillar. The amount of contributions depends on the gross salary, age and degree of employment and is paid 50% by the employer and 50% by the employee.
If the salary is above the above BVG threshold, quitt automatically registers your employee with the pension fund. As an employer, you save yourself the time-consuming search for a suitable pension fund, the connection to it, the registration of your employees and the regular accounting.
Quitt takes care of all communication and administration with the pension fund for you.
