There are three tariffs available for our service:
Start:
Maximum flexibility with a service fee of 0 CHF, a commission of 8% of the gross wage, with a maximum amount of 129 CHF per invoiced month and employee, plus a fee of 10 CHF per employee per month.
There is no minimum contract duration or notice period – you only pay when you use the quitt service, i.e., when you enter the hours worked by your employees in the customer area and payroll is generated.
If you do not employ any workers in a month and do not require payroll, there are no costs. The 8% commission, the additional fee of 10 CHF per employee/month, and insurance premiums will be charged when payroll is generated.
Please note that insurance coverage for your employees only exists in the months when work hours are invoiced.
quitt recommends this plan for starting the quitt service mid-year or for short-term employment contracts.
Comfort:
Our bestseller for permanent employment contracts with a monthly salary under CHF 1,450 or an annual salary up to CHF 17,400. With this annual subscription, you pay a one-time service fee of CHF 150 per calendar year and a commission of 5% of the gross wage. The 5% commission and insurance premiums will be charged when payroll is generated.
The CHF 150 service fee will be charged after successful registration for the quitt service and then once annually per employer.
Please note that UVG insurance coverage will be in place and charged as long as permanent employment contracts are registered in your customer account. Insurance premiums for other insurances will only be charged in the months when work hours of your employees are invoiced.
Flat:
This is the tarif with the best price-performance ratio for permanent employment contracts with a monthly salary exceeding CHF 1’450 or an annual salary exceeding CHF 17’400. As an employer, you pay a service fee of CHF 990 per calendar year for the quitt Service – there is no additional commission on the gross salary. The service fee of CHF 990 will be charged once you have successfully registered for the quitt Service and then once a year per employer.
Please note that the UVG insurance coverage is provided as long as your open-ended employment contracts are recorded in your customer account. Insurance premiums for the other insurance policies will only be charged in the months in which the work performed by your employees is billed.
General information regarding service fees:
The service fee must be paid at the beginning of the employment relationship or, if the service is extended, at the beginning of a calendar year.
The service fee will not be refunded if the service is terminated or concluded during the year, neither on a pro rata for a certain number of months. Depending on the subscription chosen, a commission is payable on the gross salary billed. This commission is charged as soon as you bill the work hours performed by your employees.
